Ethan Burns, an aspiring visual artist from a rural area within the Central Valley, proudly carries on his late grandfather's passions while creating his own path as a visual storyteller. Growing up, Ethan's artistic journey started with a pencil and a piece of paper, rather than photography. He immersed himself in drawing, sketching, and painting, using these as outlets for imagination and self-expression. Eventually, in high school, he stumbled upon his mom's old camera and discovered his grandfather's photography, sparking a strong interest in capturing the world through his own lens.
Driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge, Ethan dove headfirst into learning the technical aspects of photography. He devoured books, tutorials, and engaged with online communities, eager to grasp the nuances of this captivating medium. Through countless hours of practice, he crafted his unique style, seamlessly blending his love for art and photography.
Despite his growing skills and achievements, Ethan remains a perpetual enthusiast and student of his craft. He approaches each project with an open mind, constantly seeking new ways to stretch his creative boundaries and refine his artistic vision. He actively pursues opportunities for ongoing education, workshops, and collaborations, never settling for complacency.
When he's not behind the camera, you'll find him either lost in music under a pair of headphones, on the basketball court, or behind the wheel and in front setting purple sector after purple sector.

"It's the art of telling stories without words, and I'm passionate about it because it allows me to immortalize those fleeting, beautiful moments that might otherwise be forgotten.
With every snap of the shutter, we're not just taking a picture; we're creating art that has the power to speak to anyone willing to lend an ear to visual stories. It's about sparking emotions and conversations, and connecting with people on a deeper level.
Photography, to me, is a way to make the world pause for a moment and really see the beauty and meaning in everyday life. It's about capturing the essence of a scene, an emotion, or a memory, and sharing it with the world in a way that resonates with those who want to listen."
